Force Shield Security has recently taken huge strides in the world of manned security – this is certainly the case in Hull.
Force Shield Security has been awarded the contract for the provision of Security Officers in no fewer than six schools across the Humberside area. Under a Government scheme, The Education Funding Agency (‘EFA’) has assigned £35.7 million for the Hull and East Riding area under the Priority Schools Building Programme. The contract is set to run for eighteen months and will also mean the creation of more jobs in the region.
Working closely along side our CCTV monitoring partners, Force Shield Security has been selected to provide Security Officers and a Key Holding and Mobile Response service across the projects.
Kenny Williams (Force Shield Director) said “The Hull schools contract is an extremely important piece of business for us and opens doors with some of the UK’s leading construction and development contractors. Hull is a huge city with a huge infrastructure and a massive amount of security contracts to be contested for. The school projects will act as a fundamental springboard to further cement our foothold in the area”.
