Health & Safety Policy

The Directors of Force Shield Security and accept the duties and responsibilities placed upon them by the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and other relevant legislation. It is therefore our intention to:

  • Provide adequate controls for risks arising from our activities that may affect the health, safety and welfare of our employees and others that may be affected
  • Consult with our employees on matters affecting their health and safety
  • Provide our employees with suitable information, instruction and supervision
  • Make sure all our employees are trained to carry out their jobs safely and without risk to themselves or others
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work place, conditions and adequate welfare facilities
  • To review and revise this policy as necessary, either annually or when changes to our organisation, legislation, arrangements or activities make the policy invalid
  • To seek competent advice and assistance either in house or from external sources to provide information to permit us to carry out such revisions required and to allow us to plan for future changes and developments to our activities and practices
  • To provide adequate resources, both financial and material to make sure the policy can be put into operation

Force Shield Security requires the co-operation and assistance of all employees to help meet legal obligations and to ensure the health and safety of them, their fellow employees and other people affected by what we do.
